How long will my car be in the shop for repair?
Usually, most repairs are completed in one day. Sometimes parts availibility causes vehicles to remain overnight, but we try very hard to get your vehicle back to you ASAP!
What is the warranty on repairs?
Most repairs are covered by the Confidence Plus North American Warranty for a period of 24 months or 24,000 miles. Some of our product lines carry longer warranties on the parts, such as Monroe shocks and struts with their lifetime warranty. Our warranties are also covered by the AC Delco Pofessional Service Center program nationwide.
What if I can't get there during normal business hours?
We have an early bird drop slot, and we are able to accept credit card payments by phone, so you can pick your car up after we have gone home.
