Can you service my vehicles? I drive an Asian minivan, my husband drives a European SUV and our daughter has a Ford Mustang.
Absolutely. No matter what you drive, you can rely on us to service and repair all of your vehicles. We're committed to providing the skilled technicians and diagnostic equipment necessary to service today's complex vehicles. On a recent day we had a Range Rover, a Daewoo, a Chrysler, a Kia and a Chevrolet all in the shop at the same time.
How long will my car be in the shop for repair?
Usually, most repairs are completed in one day. Sometimes parts availibility causes vehicles to remain overnight, but we try very hard to get your vehicle back to you ASAP!
What if I can't get there during normal business hours?
We have an early bird drop slot, and we are able to accept credit card payments by phone, so you can pick your car up after we have gone home.
What is the warranty on repairs?
Most repairs are covered by the Confidence Plus North American Warranty for a period of 12 months or 12,000 miles. Some of our product lines carry longer warranties on the parts, such as Monroe shocks and struts with their lifetime warranty.
